A shining example of Altasciences’ agile approach was when it met a client’s two-month deadline for a formulation development project. It produced four formulations in the first week and conducted accelerated stability tests to identify a lead candidate. The team developed methods for testing, prepared batch records for cGMP manufacturing, and managed to produce the batch for the client’s clinical study, all in under two months.
